We at Namami strive to deliver the highest quality organic products sourced from the heart of Assam. Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines our process for returns, replacements, and refunds.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) delivered was damagedexpiredwrong, or missing.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  • Delay in delivery due to external/logistics reasons
  • Customer no longer wants the product after delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery is completed

🔁 Refund or Replacement Options

You can request either:

  • ✅ A replacement of the same item
  • ✅ A full/partial refund, depending on the damage

    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Clear photo/video of the issue
  3. We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

📍 Delivery Issues / Non-Delivery

If you believe your package is lost or undelivered:

  • Contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date
  • We’ll investigate with the courier service and offer a fair outcome
